Came in in Feb 2025, was having severe mouth pain on the left side, asked what it could be and requested maybe my tooth be pulled. They said its just a cavity, needs to be filled. They filled more than one I believe, anyways, the mouth pain got way worse. I called back a couple times asking if it was normal, after over a week or so they said come in and they finally pulled the tooth. Then the real hell started happening, when they pulled it, it created a bone spurt which was so painful I couldnt even drink water without wincing in pain. I started a new job at the time and I really didnt know how I could get through it. I told them about it and they said "thats all they could do" Eventually went in to an oral surgeon and that was the first time I heard "... where did you get this done?"... they finally shaved off the bone spurt that padden couldnt do after 5 months of pure agony which Padden was well aware of. Now they blow me up with spam text messages, and ive requested they stop a few times. Called today and said "hey can you guys please stop?". And her response, verbatim, was "mhmm" and then hung up. I also have a financial discrepancy with them and I know that will go no wh

I went here for a second opinion and won't go back. The doctor was awesome. I have been to some great dental places. One office had TV's in the ceiling to watch while getting my teeth cleaned. The one I go to now has high tech x-ray equipment that doesn't look like a midevil torture device, eating and hurting my face. I have extra bone in my mouth and Padden's machine looked acient, just like the receptionist's archaic PC equipment. The cave people did not know how digital insurance apps work, when they are added to Google wallet. Don't count on getting emails, texts, or phone calls to remind you of your appointment. Further more, they could not figure out Insurance codes to bill my insurance. So, they were going to have me pay out of pocket. Once you pay out of pocket they can't charge the insurance back to services which is understandable except; when she has my insurance in front of her and did not attempt to look up the code or do anything. Funny thing is I totally would have paid out of pocket but I know I can get better customer service elsewhere like the place I'm already goingπŸ˜„

I have really bad anxiety and had really bad panic attacks every time I went to the dentist. Everything changed when I started going to padden dental. They're very patient with my anxiety, friendly and caring. They do really good work at a fair price. I recommend them a 100%

I recently switched dentists because I wasn't satisfied with the service I had been previously receiving. I'm very pleased I did, especially with Padden Dental. Very impressed with the friendly, helpful and professional staff, using latest technology, and in my case, crowns made right on-site during the appointment (no need to install temporaries and schedule another appointment waiting for an outside lab to provide them). Highly recommend.

Hello! We have been clients of Padden Dental for a few years. I had my teeth cleaned yesterday. I wanted to take a moment to say ... The hygienist, Stephanie, did a wonderful job. She was very thorough yet gentle. Shay, one of the front desk people was very helpful, pleasant and kind. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful, efficient practice. The facility is immaculately clean. We appreciate too, that you can get a crown in one day.. Hooray!!!
